The seminar is open to everyone, and friends are welcome too.
Ladies Safety and Awareness Seminar

In this session we'll be looking at some practical hints and tips to keep you safe whilst out in the dark.
Although this is a ladies seminar, you're welcome to bring a gentleman friend to practice on if you wish!
